Emergency Packets

Experiencing earthquakes is a natural way of life in California.  Although each of us feels quite helpless in a disaster, there are particular things we can do to lessen the danger.

Here are some things you can do to assist us:

  • Provide – dry foods, such as nuts, granola bars, raisins, etc. (nothing salty please) and box of juice or water bottle in a one gallon size zip-lock bag.  Any other things that you would feel would help us take care of your child would be appreciated.

  • If possible, include a solar-emergency blanket (available at Sporting goods stores) in the packet.  These items hopefully will not be used during the school year and will be returned to you on the last day of school.

  • Please DO NOT send perishable or items that need to be refrigerated such as:

Milk

Yogurt

Fresh Fruits/Vegetables

(All inappropriate foods will be returned to you and you will need to send the above suggested food immediately.)

Place your child’s items in a large one gallon size zip-lock bag with their name and room number.

It is extremely important these nourishment packets be returned no later than August 18, 2023.  Your speedy response to this matter will provide better care for your children if an emergency occurs.

Thank you for your assistance and cooperation.

Blessings,
